Total lunar eclipse 2010: NASA has begun text alerts for best viewing area

The first total eclipse of the moon in two years will be visible late tonight, Monday December 20, and early on December 21, 2010.  (The video on the left shows the last lunar eclipse on February 20, 2008.)  There is concern here in the San Francisco Bay Area that the eclipse could be blocked by clouds.
